Our aerospace and military component manufacturing helps to supply Tier 1 components such as refurbished Airplane Propellers as well as Propeller assemblies.  

Our Zinc die-casting facility supplies a number of different components to the military for ammunition and training. Our progressive die/Deep Draw stamping facility, Speciality Coating facility as well as our Wire Form, Spring, Four-slide & Multi-slide facility supply a wide array of components used in Aerospace, Military as well as Defense industries.

Our completely vertically integrated ISO/AS:9100 Certified as well as NADCAP Accredited FlowForming manufacturing facility has enormous expertise at reducing the average amount of raw material required in its products by over 70% of other manufacturing processes.  Our FlowForming facility regularly converts machined castings, machined forgings, weldments as well as machined inputs by dramatically reducing the amount of raw material that is required versus other manufacturing processes.  Our FlowForming facilities engineers/manufacturing experts often provide significant DFM (Design For Manufacturability) suggestions to our customers.  Our engineering and manufacturing TEAM uses the concept of FlowformingPlus to provide suggestions for delivering turnkey line-ready parts and assemblies produced in our vertically integrated manufacturing processes. We have been extremely successful at converting multiple-piece assemblies as well as machined castings as well as machined forgings into huge cost reductions and product improvements using the FlowForming process. Our FlowForming facility produces a wide array of components and assemblies for plane housings, missile housings, as well as aerospace testing equipment.
