As a custom parts manufacturer, our manufacturing facilities continue to invest in the latest manufacturing technologies and equipment but carry little to no equipment or building debt. This allows us to get close to off shore prices while providing Domestic speed to market, Domestic engineering support, Domestic IP control, World class quality with very low PPM numbers and reduced inventory levels.

Our Multi-Spindle and automatic screw machining facility has been in business for over 70 years.
Machined Castings & Forgings
We have two seperate machining facilities focused on machined Castings, Forgings and large diameter bar stock components.
Injection Molding
Our 4 injection molding facilities have a total of 195 injection molding presses ranging from 25 tons to 400 tons and 400 tons to 2,100 tons. Our facilities run 3 shifts 24 hours per day 5 days per week.
Zinc Die Castings
Our Zinc Die-casting facility has been in business for 54 years and has been awarded 8 NADCA awards for designing the best new die-cast part.
Aluminum Sand, Permanent mold, Low Pressure & Air set castings
Our specialty coating facilities are two of the most advanced coating facilities in the World. They have been in business for over 117 years.
