Many of our manufacturing facilities do significant business in the Filter industry.

Our injection molding facility produces a wide diversity of filtration cylinder forgings used in a wide variety of filter applications. Our facility has been in business for over 53 years, we have ZERO debt and own all of our equipment. We have 58 injection molding machines as well as the ability to produce our own plastic filter mesh in-house. We have decades of engineering expertise designing as well as managing the construction of molds required to produce Filter components. We provide a Life of the part Guarantee on all new Filter molds that we produce. 

We have over 50 years of experience in filtration component machining and producing a wide variety of filters for almost any industry. We use verticle molding machines with pallet shuttles to efficiently insert mold/over-mold to produce our filters. We produce a wide variety of different types of filters using materials such as cloth materials, plastic mesh as well as stainless steel mesh. We take Tier one responsible for delivering finished filter components produced specifically to our customers' parameters.  

Our FlowForming facility produces a number of metal components as well as assemblies for the filtration industry. Our FlowForming manufacturing facility has been in business for over 60 years. Our Flowforming Engineers/Manufacturing experts have decades of engineering and design for manufacturability experience. We often provide DSM (Design For Manufacturability) suggestions to best utilize all the options FlowForming has to offer.   These design suggestions often assist our customers in developing their metal filter components and assemblies to be manufactured at the lowest total cost possible.
