Our FlowForming services manufacturing facility has been in business for over 60 years. We have enormous experience at providing an average of an 85% reduction in the amount of raw materials required in our customers' applications. We have been extremely successful at converting multiple piece assemblies as well as machined castings, machined forgings into huge cost reductions and product improvements using the FlowForming process. Our facility produces a wide array of custom flowformed components and assemblies for plane housings, missile housings, as well as aerospace testing equipment. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100, as well as NADCAP accredited.
Our FlowForming facility routinely draws material, flowforms, machines as well as heat treats, welds, and plates Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium, Nickel, SS, HSLA steel, Columbiam as well as Alloy steel, Maraging steel, Tantalum, Precipitated Hardened Stainless Steel as well as many other alloys. We consistently supply components as well as completed assemblies to meet our Aerospace, Military, Defense, Medical, and customer requirements for many other industries.

FlowForming is a process of moving metal using a combination of drawing, spinning, rolling, heating, machining as well as heat treating. It is one of the most unique manufacturing processes in the metal forming marketplace. Our average production part has been able to remove 85% of the raw material that was required in other manufacturing processes such as machined castings, machined forgings as well as machining from billet applications. In many applications, we are able to often provide one-piece construction where other manufacturing processes would require the need to weld multiple pieces together. Since we can vary the thickness of the walls of the material, we can many times remove the need for multiple welding operations.
If welding is required we have over 60 years of experience taking complete responsibility for delivering a finished turnkey product. We do all the manufacturing as well as the welding and finishing in-house. We start with flat sheet metal and then begin drawing the material into the shape that is required in the specific application. Since our facility takes complete responsibility for delivering a finished line-ready part, we do all the required manufacturing processes in-house.
We can dramatically reduce the amount of raw material required in most applications because we can move material and very the wall thicknesses. This normally results in dramatic cost reductions for our customers by removing huge percentages of the raw material that would be required if using other manufacturing processes.
