Industrial Products

All of our manufacturing facilities produce parts for a wide variety of industrial products.   

Our large CNC Turning/Milling facilities supply a wide array of parts into these applications such as pumps, valves, machined housings as well as broached and balanced components. Our facilities take complete responsibility for delivering Tier 1 Line ready machined castings, machined forgings, and bar stock components up to 16 inches in diameter. 

All of our Stamping facilities as well as Wire forming and Spring facilities provide a wide variety of individual components as well as welded assemblies into a wide variety of industrial applications. Our Servo stamping facility has converted multiple machined castings for Industrial applications for motors as well as the seal industry.  

Our Compound stamping facility has also provided huge cost reductions by converting low to medium volume machined castings and forgings into stampings produced using Compound stamping dies. 

Our CNC Swiss and Multiple-Spindle machining facilities supply hundreds of different components via JIT and KanBan into these industries.  

Our engineers and manufacturing experts work closely with our customers to help develop the lowest total cost manufacturing process to produce each specific component that is required for our customers application. Our Engineers/Manufacturfing experts will often provide DFM (Design For Manufacturability) suggestions to help determine the most efficient manufacturing process available.
