Our 56-year-old ZERO Debt injection molding facility has 68 injection molding presses with enormous molding capabilities and runs 24 hours per day 5 days per week. Our manufacturing facility produces Straight molding, Insert molding, Filter molding, Over molding. We partner with our customers to provide suggestions for potential design for manufacturability ideas with a goal of providing our customers the Lowest Total Cost price for each of their components and devices. Our 195 injection molding presses provide you a diversity of capabilities including (30) vertical insert molding rotary presses ranging from 35 tons to 250 tons and (165) straight molding presses that range from 25 tons to 2,100 tons. Presses include Hydraulic, Electric & Hybrid machines.

In-house mold maintenance plans ensure each mold undergoes regular cleaning and review at predefined intervals based upon the number of setups and cycles. Mold inspections, general mold maintenance, major mold maintenance and preventative maintenance are standard operating procedures that are completed on every mold that is in our facility.

We have decades of experience doing VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and are totally comfortable in taking Tier one responsibility for delivering line-ready finished parts. Parts can be released via any release systems you would like including Kan Ban, EDI, JIT or any other release system.

Injection Molding is the process of pushing or injecting molten plastic into a steel mold that has one to multiple cavities. Plastic resin pellets are fed into a heated barrel, mixed, heated, then injected under pressure into the steel mold, where it cools and hardens to the configuration the custom mold cavities were constructed to produce.

Injection molding is one of the most cost-effective means possible to repeatably produce plastic components for almost any application. When you add the benefits of insert molding as well as over-molding with an engineered resin you can now accomplish many of the electrical contact and strength requirements of metal components by using an insert molded or over-molded plastic component.

With injection molded parts you can eliminate the need for many machining operations and produce the part you want with the textures or grooving you require for your application. Surface finishes, textures as well as polishing can all be done to the mold to produce a wide variety of surface finishes on the finished injection molded part.

The tooling is relatively inexpensive and can last for decades. Individual molds are built to create custom components to meet customers' specific CAD model designs. We can build family molds to produce similar parts that can be made from one mold by changing the inserts.
