Medical Device Coatings

We work closely with multi Billion dollar medical companies, small medical companies as well as start-ups to help develop the best possible manufacturing process to produce the required components, assemblies and medical device coatings that are required for each individual application.  Our engineers/manufacturing experts will often provide DFM (Design For Manufacturability) suggestions to help determine the best material and manufacturing process that meets the customers objective.  The goal is to meet each customers drawing/CAD requirments for the application while producing each part using the Lowest Total Cost manufacturing process.            

Our ISO 13485 Certified Medical coating facility has experience producing millions of pieces of a wide variety of components for medical applications. Some of the components include Guidewires, Hypotubes, Medical Catheters, Solid wires, Snap wires, Real to real coatings for medical wire, Low Friction Coatings for rubber parts in medical applications, Antimicrobial coatings, Medical coatings for Dental applications as well as many different colored coatings that will withstand hundreds of cycles in autoclaves.  

Along with coatings, we partner closely with our customers to assist them in developing the best possible CNC Swiss machined parts, Medical component/device manufacturing, Injection molded parts, Flowformed components/Assemblies as well as Metal stampings for each specific application. Our engineering and quality teams have extensive experience working through IQ, OQ & PQ medical documentation, and start-up procedures.
