Recreational Products

Almost all of our manufacturing facilities produce a wide variety of products for the Recreational Market place.  Some of those end products include The marine industry, RV components, lighting components, side-by-side components, snowmobiles, motorcycles, boat engines, fitness equipment, gun components, camping generators, playground components, children's carts & bikes, and hundreds of others as well.  

Our large CNC Turning/Milling facilities supply a wide array of parts into these applications such as pumps, valves, machined housings as well as broached as well as balanced components for the recreational industry. They take complete responsibility for delivering Tier 1 Line ready machined castings, machined forgings, and bar stock components up to 16 inches in diameter. 

Our CNC Swiss and Multiple-Spindle machining facilities supply hundreds of different components via JIT and KanBan into a wide variety of recreational products. Some of the industries we produce components as well as assemblies for include marine engines, motorcycles, side by side vehicles, fitness equipment, snowmobiles, and many others.

Our zinc die-casting facility produces millions of parts for a wide variety of recreational vehicle products. We have been extremely successful at converting multiple-piece assemblies into one-piece zinc die castings. This has resulted in millions of dollars of cost reductions for our customers.   

All of our stamping facilities, as well as wire forming and spring manufacturing facilities, provide a plethora of individual components as well as welded assemblies into a wide variety of products like four-wheelers, motorcycles, RV's, outboard engines, side by sides, boats, generators as well as many other recreational products.  

Our injection molding facility produces hundreds of different parts for the Recreational Products marketplace.  They produce straight molded, insert molded and overmolded components for RV's, Motor Cycles, Gas caps, Side by sides, Marine engines as well as fuel systems along with many others. 

Our engineers and manufacturing experts work closely with our customers to help develop the lowest total cost manufacturing process to produce each specific component that is required for our customers' application. Our engineers will provide (DFM) design for manufacturability suggestions to what may be the best raw material and manufacturing process available to produce your components at the lowest total cost.
