Coating Small to large parts	From tiny o-rings made from rubber as well as tight tolerance springs/coiled wires to large fabrications made from sheet metal that weigh hundreds of pounds. We have application equipment and curing ovens to handle tiny parts the size of a pin-up to huge parts that require a fork truck to move them.
Low to High Volumes	Our coating facilities run everything from prototypes through ultra high volume medical and automotive components running in the millions of pieces. Our goal is to develop and document a process that will consistently reproduce the precise Teflon™ coating application your application needs. Once a customer approves our PPAP or ISIR first article samples as well as inspection documentation. We will then use that documented manufacturing process to produce all future production runs of that approved product. As a result, you will get excellent part-to-part consistency as well repeatability with each shipment that is delivered from our facilities.
We have decades of experience developing automation for handling, spraying as well as masking and inspection. Our R&D and manufacturing team engineer coating solutions, build custom coating machines, specialized tooling, as well as manufacture automated and semi-automated coating application equipment for a diverse group of industries.
