Our custom precision metal stamping facilities average 80 years in business and are in excellent financial shape. Our ISO-certified stamping services can be produced using a wide variety of materials both metal and non-metallic. Stampings are created by using custom-made individual or family dies. You then insert those custom-made dies into a wide diversity of stamping machines. Different types of stamping machines provide different core competencies. Our facilities presses include SERVO driven presses, conventional flywheel presses, hybrid presses, straight side presses, gap presses as well as Four slide and Multi-slide presses. All of these machines have strengths and unique capabilities to produce an extremely wide variety of components. Our vast array of stamping machines provide a wide variety of ways to stamp, form, draw, coin as well as bend metal and non-metallic materials. The goal is to use the best piece of equipment available to produce each part for the Lowest Total Cost.

A Deep Drawn stamping is when the depth of the drawn cup exceeds its diameter.
Compound Stampings are often used when medium to low volume stamped parts need to be produced. Compound stamping dies can be made for a lower cost than is required for a complete progressive die.
Depending on the size of the part as well as the part complexity, four-slide & multi-slide machines can often produce parts for a lower total cost than progressive dies.

Common Applications of Stampings:
Commonly used materials include:
A stamping is forming process used to cut, form and shape either rolled sheets of flat sheets of metal or non-metalic materials using a stamping die. A stamping die can be comprised of many individual workstations that help develop the finished part or it could be a simple blanking die depending on the press and the requirements.
Stamping dies can perform a wide variety of operations such as cutting, coining, forming, bending, extruding, drawing, embossing, tapping, assembly as well as many others.
