Our manufacturing facility has been producing Wire Forms, Springs, Clips, Welded assemblies as well as Four-Slide & Multi-Slide parts for 68 years. We have some of the most advanced CNC-controlled automated wire forming machines ranging from .006 wire up to .375 inches in diameter wire. We have a wide variety of CNC spring machines as well as 30 different Fourslide/multi-slide presses. Our largest Multi-slide press a Baird # 8 machine can produce wire forms using wire up to .500 in diameter.

We produce low, medium as well as high volume wire forms using the latest CNC wire forming machines, spring machines, flat coilers as well as 30 four-slide and multi-slide presses. Our facilities have all the in-house heat treating, welding, machining, assembly as well as inspection equipment required to take complete responsibility for delivering Tier 1 Line Ready parts.

Capabilities

Coiling machines	We have a combination of 34 coiling and Torsion coiling machines. We coil wire from .003 wire to .312 diameter wire.
CNC Wire Formers	We have 2 state of the art CNC Wire formers capable of producing wire forms using material ranging from .012" diameter or 3mm to .470" diameter or 12mm.
Four-slide & Multi-Slide machines	We have 10 Four slide machines running material from .010" to .093" thick & .125 to 3.3125" wide. We have 20 Multi-Slide machines with wire ranging from .005 diameter to .500" diameter, 12.5mm.
Raw Materials	Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Hastelloy, Bronze, Beryllium Copper, Titanium, Platinum and many others.
Straight cut machines	4 machines capable of cutting straight wires between .010" to .250" at specific lengths.
Welding/Assembly	We have 5 welding cells including robotic pallet fed cells, multi-station welding cells & others.
Turnkey Tier 1 Line Ready parts	We have decades of experience taking complete responsibility for delivering, stamped, coiled, welded, plated, heat-treated assemblies and delivering them just in time to our customers.

In-house tool makers: We have a complete tool room where we build the majority of our new dies, as well as fixtures and we maintain all our dies in-house.
Finished Goods Warehouse: Our campus of manufacturing facilities has an entire building dedicated to our customers' inventory. This allows us to help reduce our customers' inventories as well as provide short lead times to their required parts and assemblies.

If it's a prototype, or very low volume even in the thousands of pieces. The CNC wire forming machine may be your best choice and parts can be produced up to .500" diameter with no hard tooling investments. A spring coiling machine can be cost-competitive as well but is depends on the length of the part, the wire diameter and the volume required?

Very high volume large wire forms can often be hard tooled using a Four-Slide or Multi-Slide press which allows you to produce large volumes of wire forms at very competitive costs, many times no secondary requirements.

By starting with round or drawn material using the most efficient shape possible you can move material very quickly through the equipment removing as little material as possible.
