Additional Information

Cost-effective

It is one of the most cost-effective manufacturing processes available to produce metal components in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, using almost any material you can imagine.

Long Lasting Tooling

The tooling is relatively inexpensive and can last for decades.

Ability to Convert Parts

You can convert parts from a wide variety of other metal forming practices such as fabrications, castings, forgings, MIM, powdered metal as well as weldments into parts produced in a progressive die.

Form and Draw to Meet Application

You can form as well as draw material to create different material thicknesses, shapes, corners and radiuses to meet your required application.

Reduce the need for most machining

You can punch holes and many times eliminate the need for most machining.

Tapping and Die Assembly

The tooling can be designed to do tapping, as well as in die assembly of multiple components together.

Tight Tolerances, Tight Flatness

You can coin areas to hold tight tolerances as well as hold tight flatness requirements.

38 Presses ranging fom 10 to 325 tons

We have a combination of 38 total presses ranging from 10 to 325 tons. We have 30 conventional presses as well as 7 SERVO presses to meet your manufacturing needs.

7 SERVO-driven Stamping Presses

Our manufacturer has invested heavily in 7 SERVO driven AIDA stamping presses over the last 10 years. These presses allow us to run dies much faster and more efficiently than the vast majority of our competitors. We currently have 7 servo presses along with an assortment of 30 other presses.

Common applications of our progressive die and metal stamping services include almost any application requiring metal.

We have a separate 30,000 sqft finished goods warehouse located 5 miles from our facility. We ship to all our customers via VMI, KAN BAN, EDI & JIT.

Advantages of using the Servo Press

Progressive dies can be run at their highest efficiencies possible in SERVO driven presses. Due to the infinite, optional stroke profiles that a servo press can be programmed for, it is always capable of running problem stampings more accurately and more efficiently than a conventional stamping press. In many cases the SERVO press technology can provide the ability to eliminate some operations and increase the production rate of exsiting progressive dies.

  • Servo presses DO NOT require special dies.  As long as a current progressive die will fit in the bed of one of our presses, you can utilize this technology.

  • By utilizing the technology advantages of the Servo presses, our manufacturing facility has been very succesful at converting parts from a wide variety of other metal forming practices to metal stampings. We have converted parts that had previously been made as welded fabrications, castings, forgings and MIM parts into progressive die stampings.

  • The additional controls available with the Servo presses provide many advantages.  They allow us to form as well as draw material, to create different material thicknesses, shapes, corners and radiuses to meet your application that may not be possible using a conventional fly wheel press.  We can punch tight holes and in some cases eliminate the need for machining.

  • The Servo presses allow us to coin areas in parts as well as hold tighter tolerances & flatnesses.
