Small Hole Drilling

Extremely small critical holes are required for this part used in a laser application for brain and eye surgeries.
Our CNC Swiss facility produces a family of these parts with small holes ranging from .006, (.15mm) to .013, (.33mm) holes with plus/minus .0001 (.0025mm) tolerance.
These parts are 100% checked on one of our state-of-the-art vision systems and the inspection records are saved electronically.
The parts are also 100% checked with ring gages because any out-of-round condition will cause failure in the surgical application.
The parts are Ultrasonic washed, 100% inspected after washing to assure no burrs or debris is in or on these parts prior to packaging. Any debris in or on these parts will cause the part to fail final inspection.
These parts are packed in individually numbered tray locations to provide complete traceability for our customer back to all of our inspection records.
