- We started out with just three part numbers with a one time make and ship purchase order 30 years ago.
- As we proved ourselves, we started to work off purchase orders with multiple releases. The customer rewarded us additional part numbers.
- When inventory reduction was critical to our customer, we started working off blanket orders and using a (VMI) = (Vendor Managed Inventory system).
- We then started making weekly releases to meet their critical delivery requirements. As a result they consolidated more part numbers to us.
- Then this multi-Billion dollar customer was given corporate objectives to reduce their supply base to suppliers that had a wide diversity of capabilities.
- Since many of our competitors did not machine plastic parts, aluminum parts or non-bar stock components and we do. We were awarded more part numbers.
- The customer then started consolidating their supply base from companies that had limited size capabilities. Since we run parts from .030” (0.8mm) diameter to 4” (100mm) diameter bar stock, tubing up to 6” (150mm) in diameter as well as machine parts made from aluminum and brass extrusions. We were awarded more part numbers.
- Our customer then started consolidating from suppliers that would not take complete responsibility for delivering turnkey finished parts. Our 75 years of experience in taking Tier one responsibility for delivering line ready parts was huge. Parts requiring HT, grinding, honing, painting as well as anodizing were also added to our list of part numbers.
- We were then asked if we could supply line ready assemblies along with our machined parts. As a result, we now ship a variety of value added assemblies including press fit components, o-ring assemblies & multiple part assemblies that included stampings, springs, o-rings & wire forms. We were awarded more parts.
- Our machining facility has over 135 pieces of machining equipment running parts out of almost any material that can be machined. Including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, aluminum & brass extrusions, plastics, and many other materials. Volumes from prototype through millions of pieces.
- We have a strong customer service TEAM and our manufacturing facility runs 20 hour per day, 5 days per week.
