- Our injection molding facility has 58 presses 30 are straight molding presses and 28 are vertical presses with rotary tables.
- We have been in business 53 years and have NO DEBT. As a result, we are able to be very competitive on a wide variety of components.
- We mold parts using almost all the engineered resins.
- We provide LIFE OF THE PART TOOLING for all new molds purchased through our facility.
- Customers continue to consolidate parts to us & transfer new molds to us when they are going through vendor consolidations. Since we can produce a wide variety of parts including straight molding, Insert molding, Filter molding and Over molding.
- We run low, medium and high volume production quantities.
- We have White room molding capabilities for parts or assemblies that require a clean environment.
- We take complete responsibility for delivering Tier One line ready parts. We manage all of the various stampings, machined as well as mesh/cloth inserts that are needed for delivering finished insert molded, over molded & filter molded parts.
- We have 30 horizontal presses ranging from 30 to 400 tons & 28 vertical presses ranging from 30-250 tons.
- We work with our customers during the APQP process to detail any special inspection and packaging requirements that each part may require.
- We have strong Project Managers as well as an experienced customer service team that has used VMI and Kan Ban for decades.
- We welcome take over molds and are awarded them on a regular basis.
